Prahova Plaza Hotel represents more than one chapter for the hotel history of Ploiești. It was built in 1973, going through various stages of modernization over the years. Ever since its inauguration, Hotel Prahova, as it was originally called, distinguished itself from the other hotels in the area by the refinement of its accommodation spaces and by the hospitality with which it received its guests.
